Received a call from this number:  "Hi, I am calling from Wyoming on behalf of the Montana Dept. of Health" (I questioned the name of entity, as it should be Dept of Health and Human Services).  Call had nothing to do with Health although smoking was mentioned.  Several questions about my cell phone and usage while driving and caller ended up saying I could not be surveyed if I owned a car and a cell phone and thanked me for my time.  Tried to call number back and it is constantly busy......very deceptive.

Called here twice today...caller ID says Univ of WY.  Didn't answer. I don't know anyone in WY and have no connection to Univ of WY.  

It's a division called WYSAC they call to do surveys. They are not sketchy, just kids doing their jobs.

Ok, WYSAC - Wyoming Survey & Analysis Center(University of Wyoming). They do have a website http://wysac.uwyo.edu/wysac/ I did check their website for OPT-OUT options and none were found. Website does discuss mission and ethics but nothing describing consumer rights. Those rights may include the right to know who is calling through use of disclosed CID information on the caller. Fully disclose and identify the survey research firm calling on behalf of a client while not calling as the client. Fully operational OPT-OUT program for those who do not want to participate and who do not want to receive calls and when demand includes all "databases" and all future calls. Professional and ethical call tactics that Identify fully who is calling and call center personnel that acknowledge "do not call demands" and placement on their internal do not call list."
