Unknown company calling about some financing stuff. Not an actual person. Its a pre-recorded message. And they called my cellphone on the first day of activation. I hadnt even given out my number yet to anyone....they called 5 min after I activated on T-mobile, and haven't stopped calling me.

Getting the same call.  I am from 307 area code.

The caller to my cell phone only said they're "taking a survey from University of Wyoming."  Total scam!

its a call from the University of Wyoming's Survey Research Center. I used to work there. Not a scam.. just want you to do a survey for them. Tell them to remove you from their calling list if you dont want them to call you back.

I had a call on 6-15-2011 and another on 6-19-2011 from this number, saying they were from the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare and doing a survey on heart issues.  Both times, when they asked if I would take part in the survey, I said, "No, thank you. Goodbye" then hung up.  My cell phone charges me by the minute, so I don't appreciate these unsolicited calls.

I've gotten one call from this number and 3 from 307-766-2567 in the last two days.

I have gotten 3 phone calls from this number in a week.  The first time I talked to a guy who only spoke broken english (Indian accent?) who said he was from the Idaho Department of Health conducting a survey.  When I asked him why, if he was from a State of Idaho office, was he calling after business hours (I actually work for the state). I also asked why he would be calling from a Laramie Wyoming phone number, he got really flustered and jibber jabbered for a minute before hanging up.

A middle aged male ID'd himself as Dave and states he was from the "Idaho Department of Welfare"
hung up immediately because 1) 307 area code 2) never heard of the IDW, and assume since it would, supposedly, be a state agency they would contact me y mail first.

Who it is that's messing with this number/s seems pretty amateur, stay tuned to WY scam related news for a good laugh.

Didn't answer cause didn't recongize the number calling

I finally answered after the third call in 90 minutes. The voice on the other end was a young, female caller identifying herself as calling on behalf of the Oregon Dept. of Health surveying for household members between 15 and 25.

has called a few times, I ignore as I know no one in WY. Also have been dialed from 307-766-2350. This is my cell and NOT happy with uninitiated calls.

Same guy called me from three different numbers. He had an Indian accent and said he was from the Oklahoma dept. of health. He then asked if I was driving a vehicle and after I said yes he hung up.

This number called me 3 times in a row last night around 9pm. did not answer the first two finally tried to pick up the last call and they hung up. Tried to call them back and they picked up and then hung up on me. Tried again to call back and got a disconnected signal. Hmmm...pretty fishy.

This number is one of many. same guy with his girlfriend. Raziel is whom I have found as a first name. claims to be black, is very well educated, very well spoken. Is trying to get into our airforce. I do believe he is a national security threat. also preys on internet games,looking for young boys and girls. Is a heavy drinker with a DOB of September 30th- or so he claims. Razak is also a name I found. Educated in Africa I believe or middle east? this person and his female partner are dangerous, charged with assault crimes in who knows where!!!  this person believes they are an archangel as his name refers. he is also interested in those who are Christian religion. lets not forget, there is a female working with him. I have more disturbing info and more numbers. as I like to remain anonymous those will be given to the government only.

I have received NUMEROUS calls from this number on a daily basis. DO NOT CALL ME ANYMORE PLEASE!!!

No one here is calling you. No one here can stop the caller from calling you. You have to do that yourself: look up CALL BLOCKERS and figure out how to take control. Your post here is useless.
