Bad boiler-room sound, bad english mis-pronouncing my name and the unidentified person asks for me.  They hung up when I asked "What's the scam-du-jour?"  Calling the number only gets you an option to press one and be removed from the "call-back list". (Lies as if I had called in the first place.)

Called but left no message.  I blocked because ID was "Unavailable".

Called my landline at 1:30 Pacific time. Left no message. Posts on another site say it's a medicare scam.

Rang thru to VM, no message. Blocked. Buh-bye.

Don’t know anyone there. No message left.

Fortunately their number had been blocked, but it still shows up on the idiot scammer list.

CID UNKNOWN NAME.  Per other websites, VoIP East Moline, IL, Spam/Fraud Potential: High Risk, heavy spam activity suspected.  No message left.  Blocked area code.  Not enough prisons in this country.  I own the phone and pay for the service, and they call trying to commit criminal acts using my service and property.

Like all others above, I'm sick and tired of these worrisome calls.
