ON FRIDAY APRIL 22, 2011 I RECEVIED A CALL FROM A LAWERS OFFICE BY A MR. HIGGINS A FOREIGN PERSON.  HE ALMOST SOUNDED AS HE WAS FROM INDIA.  HE WAS VERY RUDE AND HATEFUL TO ME.  HE SAID I OWED $1776.93 FOR CASH ADVANCE THAT I HAD RENIGED ON.  THATS ALL HE WOULD SAY.  NO NAME OF THE CASH ADVANCE PEOPLE OR WHEN IT WAS TOOK OUT.  HE ALSO SAID I HAD TO PAY THAT DAY AND TOLD ME I HAD TO WRITE A LETTER OF APPOLIGY TO JULIAN MARSHALL.  HE TOLD ME WORD FOR WORD WHAT I WOULD SAY.   THEN I WAS TOLD TO FAX A COPY OF MY DRIVERS LIC. AND A CHECK WITH THE AMOUNT WROTE IN AND FILL IN ON THE LINE.  I WAS TO FAX ALL THIS TO JULIAN MARSHALL AND THEN CALL HIM TO SEE IF HE WOULD ACCEPT IT.  I WAS TOLD BY JULIAN THAT I HAD NOT SIGNED MY CK I FAXED AND I SAID NO AND I AM NOT GOING TO.  I WAS THEN YELLED AT BY THIS SO CALLED POOR EXCUSE OF A LAWYER (SURPOSELY) AND CURSED AND TOLD THAT I WOULD THEN HAVE A WARRANT TAKEN OUT ON ME TO BE ARRESTED IF I DIDNT SEND THE MONEY BY MONEYGRAM OR WESTERN UNION BY 5PM WHICH I DIDNT DO.  MY DAUGHTER IN THE MEAN TIME GOOGLE HIM AND ALL THE INFO WAS FOUND ON HIM.

I HOPE NOONE FALLS FOR HIS DECEPTION .  HE NEEDS TO BE DISBARD!!!!!

Got a call at work - recognized the foreign accent and told him I was away from my desk but would take a message  said his name was office John Smith.  Less than 10 minutes later he called a co-worker and wanted to tell her what the call was about, but she is aware of the other calls I have received in the past and would only take name and number.  He started to tell her she was going to be arrested, but she hung up.  These people always have new number and/or names.  They never tell you what cash advance company your supposed to owe or really what company they work for.  Hope everyone doesn't fall for their scam.  No way does a legitimate company do business this way!

A man that claims he is calling from a Law Firm, but will not give the lawfirm name.  He called my work number atleast 20 times back to back.  I just kept hanging up for the most part, because he wouldn't answer any questions of mine to identify himself.  I told him to stop calling my work number and he is harrassing me.
