forgien accent called me to take me to court for owe us cash advance scam  oh gosh  i dont understand them said    i asked them to send cerified letter with verified letter to me  they wont do it and see you in court . oh please .   those number are scam  fake .  i dont owe them 660.00 dollars  i did invegativie with my bank to see any us cash advance there  they said no  there is no us cash advance  that is so scammer .  they said i loan 560.00 dollars  and i never do online with us cash advance  oh my gosh . i never understand  i keep bother called what they said  and give me  verified letter with cerified mail  they refuse to send it to me . i want to see it .

I recieved a call this evening from this mumber myself.  2 male subjects with missle eastern accents spoke with my wife first, then me.  I got the same message as the lady above me.  If you recieve a call from this number, and you are told that they are federal bank investigators, this is a scam, and they are impersonating federal officials.  Contact you local law enforcement agency as soon as possible.  Get as much information as you can from the caller.  Be sure to take notes.  Time of call, duration of call, type of accent, male or female, what was said, dollar amount, etc.  relay this information to your local authorities.  Print this page also for further validation.  I am actually a state peace officer myself in the state of GA.

Contact your local authorities with any and all information you have on this phone call.  By identifying themselves as federal investigators, they are impersonating a federal official.  You are right to believe this is a scam, as it is.  They need to be caught, and prosecuted.  I recieved a very similar call myself.  But, they made a mistake, as I am a state law enforcement officer myself in GA.  I am forwarding this information to my local Sherrif Dept. First thing in the morning.  Make sure you tell them everything that was said.  Write it down tonight while it's fresh in your memory, and don't forget the phone number and time of call.

I am receiving unwanted phone calls at work from this number.  They are telling me that I am being sued and that I owe on a cash advance.  They stated that they are with a law firm.

I recieved not 1 but 4 phone calls from this number this morning stating that they were a law firm saying i was being sued for $5000.00 for a $300.00 loan that i have never recieved. A guy named Jason said to me that he was sure that i was aware of this and i told him no. I then asked him to explain to me what he was talking about of course he just said that i already new. He then asked me should he contacted my employer so they could start garnishing my wages of course i said no, at this point he said that he would see me in court and hung up. I called him back and asked him to explain to me slowly what he was talking about and he said he didn't need to explain anything to me why i was being sued and said that he would contacted my employer and hung up again. I can see now that this is a scam anyone recieving calls from this phone no. should immediatley hang up, and please be aware that they do have all ur information. Oh yeah they also tell you that ur ss no. has been blacklisted.

these guys are scams.
they try to extract money from different people using techniques.
just try to be aware of them
there is no such law firm.

i would suggest everybody to report them to F.B.I and to better business bureau.

I just received a voice mail and then another call from this number. They have middle eastern accents and they also stated that if I did not comply with what they are saying that my local authorites were going to be contacted. I informed them that I did not have a cash advance and they had the last for digits of my ssn#. I asked them where they are from and he was trying to give me a name like Don Smith stating that he was located in California. I told him that I highly doubt that because non of the employees spoke proper English. He said it was a law firm and he had a physical address in California. I did get a bit upset with him and he told me that I am now being sued and hung up on me.

I got the same call from this number two days in a row.... The two people I spoke with stated that I did a check advancement to my banking account in Oct 2010... I never did any sort of transaction with the anyone for that sort of business. The man on the line stated his name was Gary and that he was with a company who received a complaint against my name. He verified My full name, ssn, bank routing #, name of my bank, and my current address... I tried to explain to the man I didnt do anything of the sort. The man go loud and told me that if I wasnt going to resolve the issue that they were going to call my place of employment to have my wage garnished. I did call my bank and had them go through my statement history from that time frame to Dec 2011. My bank stated that there is no transaction period on my account for that. I called that number back spoke with the same man and he stated the threats to me and my lively-hood... So pissed!!!!

I recieved a call from a Harry Brown at work for me and at home for my hsuband.  The message was very nasty and said you must call me back right away and if you don't i will be forced to take actions in this matter and you will have serious problems.  After trying to understand his accent and realizing how unprofessional this message was I called him back.  he yelled at me that I needed to pay my debts and he was a law firm representing Advanced Cash USA and that they are demanding their money.  I asked what this was about he yelled you know what this is and you need to pay $300 back for your debt.  I said again I want proof this was deposited into my account.  He said I will mail it and hung up.  I then googled the company name and so many sites came up showing its a scam.  I called back again and told Harry that I reported him to the Attorney Generals office and to remove my name from their scam list.  he said why would you report me.  I said to him you are a scam artist and better never call any of my #'s again. he hung up on me.  I will keep this phone # and name incase they decide to call again.  Does anyone have any idea where they get our information from?

Some very polite foreigner called and left a message on my cell and work phone. Says his name is William Killburg form U.S. Legal Investigations. He didn't mention credit card or cash advance, just said it would be in my best interest to call back.

He was obviously reading a prepared form as both messages were EXACTLY the same.

Called again, same message and also said that my SS# will be blacklisted with the government. Does this mean I won't be able to pay taxes or collect social security when I plan to retire in 25 years?
