    It's a scam, is what it is. The IRS doesn't call, they send mail. They also do not threaten arrest. Just block and ignore their calls.

    Called my cell phone & left a voice message. Said to call this number at once, or an arrest warrant would be issued for me. Didn't say why.

    Called my cell; left message that it was the IRS and someone would be coming to my door to arrest me. This is an old scam, but leaves you with a bad feeling even though you know it's not true.
