The FTC will quickly advise: The Do Not Call Registry ONLY works to thwart off U.S. sourced calls; it can NOT repel scam calls from OVERSEAS countries. THIS number is actually sourced from India. NEVER CALL BACK THESE NUMBER(S)!!  The best and ONLY thing you can do is let your answering service take the call.....and DELETE the call.

The DNC list can't "repel" any calls. It isn't a call blocker.

Scam trying phish and claim they are Microsoft... multiple calls.. I blocked my ID and called them back over 200 times... Made them super mad and they had some nice words for me... I just laughed! At east 10 different scammers at that number.

just got a call from this number telling me my credit card would be charged $199 for Windows Defender renewal.  I do not use Defender and when I asked about what card or bank account was being charged, they told me they did not have that information for "customer privacy reasons".  I told them that they would be hearing from the police and a lawyer if anyone went anywhere near my accounts. This is just a scam.

Called left no vm scam blocked call

The number called with an automated message saying my account was going to auto renew for $200 in the next couple days for a computer security. I called the number back and they would not tell me the name of the company at all I said I had no auto renew on. When I told them I had not subscribed, they told me I need to get onto my computer and they will show me where to unsubscribe from it otherwise it would charge my account.
My children all decided to come bug me at that precise moment for an after school snack, which is when the man on the phone, definite Indian accent, got frustrated and when I told him he needs to hold on because I have five children and they want a snack right now he put the phone on hold and hung up on me. Then called me 3 more times to which I didn’t answer.

Got a call on my DO NOT CALL # no message or ID

haha ya i got the same nonsense about my computer to. i called them back like 80 times and i am now blocked.  its funny the scam artists have to block the people they are trying to scam.. its great

called robo call telling us we owe 199.00.  hung up at that point of the call.

Get calls every week. They say they are from windows or microsoft, wanting a 189

Received voice mail stating my account will be debited tomorrow morning.00 for renewal of subscription for next 20 years and to call if I don't want it doneRobo voice left message and no business name given.  I am not gullible enough to fall for this one but have reported to state attorney general office.

told my wife that our subscription had expired and since we did not  cancel they would debit/ charge/ or take $199 from our account.

I got the same call today. It ent to voice mail. Can’t imagine what I would have a 20 year subscription to.

left me a message starting my computer information had to be computer information had to be updated was going to cost me x amount of dollars. don't even use it the computer anymore. text to them back and just asked if they were stupid

Same SCAM as reported above, and same call I received Sept 3rd.  Recording says, 'Your customer your subscription for computer support has already expired 2 days back so your account will be debited with $199.00 to morrow morning for the renewal of your subscription for the next 20 years once again in case if you do not wish to a new the subscription with us anymore call us our number 310-359-8830 I repeat the number 310-359-8830 thank you'.  SCAM, SCAM, SCAM.  A big LIE, since they can NOT charge without prior approval, period.

listened to recording telling me my contract (no name) had expired, would be automatically billed for two years service - to call 310 359 8810 to discuss.
the number that called was 310-359-8830 I dialed that back and got a man who wouldn't answer me when I said 'who were you calling'. i hung up. after seeing all the above, am not dialing the 8810 number. scam thing.
