Threatening call about my banking account.

ID themselves as the Rothstein Arbitration Firm.  This place also uses the CID of ADR Arbitration.  Also:Law Firm of Adams, Davis and Rothstein/ADR Arbitration.  There's a pretty good discussion of this group at 844-235-7859.

In any event this group seems to be some sort of debt scamming operation connected to NCW Billing.

BBB has seen a major increase in collection agencies
setting up businesses in the Upstate New York area over the past several
years.  In an effort to keep consumers informed about which collection
agencies are operating in accordance with Federal Law,
we are asking for specific information from all
collection agencies operating in our service area.  The requests includes
the following:

:Federal Employee Identification Number-EIN

:Proof Of Licensing, bonding and or registration by the
city, town in which your business is located.

:Proof of licensing required by any state in which you
operate by mail or telephone or email.

This collection agency has not responded to our
requests.

BBB advises consumers to be aware of their legal rights
in regard to collections.  The Fair Debt Collection Practices Act is a
statue enacted in 1978 which seeks to eliminate abusive and harassing behavior
by any debt or collection agency.  The act states specific practices and
rules under which debt collectors must abide by.  There are penalties for
agencies found breaking these laws.  Some of these laws state that a
collection agency is forbidden to harass a debtor, which includes threatening
violence or legal action.  They may not use crude or offensive language or
identify themselves as anyone other than by their business name.  If a
consumer believes a debt or collection agency has violated any of the FDCPA
laws the BBB encourages them to file complaints with the BBB at bbb.org and Federal Trade Commission at ftc.gov.

I got a threatening call from this number.   I have one more day to answer them or else.

whoever they are they are idiots.

this # calls me 32week threatening to bring carrier to my work or home for coudt papers about a loan i owe 3 years ago and want a prepaid debit card #to pay it off well no way its a scam!!!!!!!!!!!

this number calls me every day, on my cell , work number, my sons number and my ex husbands number, threatening me that I have 24 hours to comply or legal action will take place, but funny thing is , the 24 hours is never up, they have been bothering me for over a month, and use muliple numbers to call me , but always ask me to call back 1877 something
other numbers used to call me are 310-359-9101, 1-866-396-8254 , 1-855-564-5747, 844-745-3371, 210-812-2570, 1-866-244-4238, 1-856-242-3019.

This place is a scam do not call fake collections agency, they have one dialer and one dialer.
One leaves you a message and the other closes you out. These guys are all a scam and a bunch of clows lol.. Reported and can't wait until they get shut down i'll make sure they do
