Thank you very much. I've already reported these jerks to the local police, FBI and FTC. I just filled out the CA AG form as they're claiming to be from California.

Wow...funny...just got the same exact message about 10 minutes ago! Can't understand them though. They apparently don't speak much english and I saved his voicemail. He stated that I should "not disregard this call" and that if I "don't call back, he can only wish (me) luck in what is come upon me". LOL

My wife received a voice message from 850-310-9387. The message said the same as above and that if I "don't call back, he can only wish (me) luck in what is come upon me". The person whom left the message talked with a thick accent. I called the number, and after several tries I spoke wit a woman who spoke with a thick accent. When she asnwered the phone she never said "Hello, Law Firm of Wahtever" or anything like that. She was demanding I give her ALL of my personal information. So I said to her "ok, I have no idea who you are, what company you are with and why in the h#ll would I give a total stranger my information." She said for me to give her my numbers. I told her no. I then said "I would be willing to bet my salary and retirement that you people are fraud and scam artists. But you are not very good with it. Normally I can smell a fraud a mile away, but your fraudulent scheme is only a phone call away. Oh, by the way I am a detective that works FRAUDS!! (I really am). So then she yelled "Give me your number now!" I laughed and said "if I told you h#ll no would you hate me." Then she started yelling obscenities in a foreign language. I hung up.

I ran the phone nubmer through whitepages.com. It's a bogus "land line" number based somewhere around Beverly Hills California." I then googled the phone number and found this blog. So me and my crazy self called them back. This is what I said : "I knew you people were a da#n fraud. Well guess what? You don't have to come looking for me. I just made you my special project. After tomorrow there will be a state full of law enforcment officers coming to find you, and they will find you. I have good friends in the INS who are fat and bored and before it's over you and your scam artist turd burglars are going to be on a boat back to that third world country you came from faster than you can say 'I want my lawyer.' " I then finsished the phone call with don't call me back you sons of bit#hes, I can only wish YOU luck in what is come upon you. I'm a few phone calls away from unleashing hell upon you".

I then hung up. But I couldn't resist. HEHEHEHE. I called her back, and she was crying, and I said "Oh by the way, tell your friends to kiss my as$."

I do apolgize if this offends anyone. I had to make a point. The fact is although job security for people like me, it takes a toll on people to have to endure getting their credit restored. Just hang up when they call, or get creative like me and have fun. The key is DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION, not even your dog's name. Anything they can get from you will be used to get money.

If that stupid woman reads this post, your only a phone call away from getting arrested, deported, or told to pack sand.

Ok I did it again. I called them again and was told by this woman if I didn't stop calling her she would call the police. I said "Ok but you are going to be in for a VERY long night." I then pulled a Ray Stevens on her "are ya nacked!!" :-) She hung up.

Someone called my cell phone and left an aggressive message saying that I had a fraud case against me and if I didnt call back, good luck to me. So, I called back and spoke to the indian woman, then an indian man who was supposed to be the "supervisor". I asked who and where they were. They were supposedly from California working for "Crime Monitoring Division". They had me for a little while until the man asked if I would answer a question, "if I wanted to settle the unpaid amount or go to court". Then said, "don't worry, an officer will be there to take you to court". I couldn't help but play their game for a while. I ended up speaking to 3 different Indian people with American names. I asked a few questions of a supposed attorney and got a fake address: 600 Little St. Los Angeles, CA 90017. Then he said something obscene and hung up.

I received that exact same call two days in a row (4/22 & 4/23). My caller id displayed 941-961-8518. The two voice mails were from a guy name "Chen Wright". He had a very heavy Indian accent. He was demanding a return phone call from me or my attorney and that if the phone call was not returned, good luck. The return number that was left in the voicemail was 310-362-9387. In both voicemails, he did not say what business he represents.

When I heard the first message, I knew it was a fake and deleted it. When I received the second voice mail, I didn't delete it. I'm really curious to know how they got my name and cell number. Who knows what other personal information they got on me.

This is probably why it's best to be a cash society instead a credit based society. Because once a scam artist/fraud screws up another's credit, it's very difficult to get it straighten out and get things like homes and cars.

Out of curiosity, I called the number that showed up on my caller id. I got a Verizon Wireless message that the number was disconnected.

I received 4 continous calls today, 4/27/09, from a Private Number who eventually left a message leaving the telephone number 310-362-9387.  I called the number back and it was some guy with a spanish accent/bad connection, stating I was in big trouble because I received a payday loan in 2008 the funds were deposited into my bank but I didn't repay the loan so an investigator was going to pick me up adn take me to court.  I was going to be charged $5,000 and could be face jail time 6-12 months. The gentleman knew the last 4 digits of my social security number and bank name.  When I began to ask him pertinent questions, because I knew he was lying, he got mad and told me to shut my big mouth.  However, he couldn't answer any of my question but continued to repeat himself which I could barely understand him anyway.  Unfortunately, I am livid because this scam artist some way some how has gotten my perseonal information from the internet, because I have never applied for a payday loan.

I got the same call(s) from a guy who barely knew how to talk english.  I am livid because even though I know it is a scam and I hang up on them, I got another call at 7:08p Easter time.  With that I am truly upset because now they are disrupting my privacy and have already committed several crimes by stating my personal information on the phone which I did not give to them but they apparently hacked the internet to retrieve all of our information.  I've already filed necessary complaints, but I am so mad I want justice because they shouldn't be able to get away with this crap.  Good to know you scared your caller....I cussed my caller out and he told me I had a big mouth. I laughed and hung up.
