    I received a person who told me i won 50,000 and a new Lexus.  They wanted all my info. I gave them the info but not on ID#.  They said they needed it so they can't deliver my prizes without it. They wanted to charge me $250.00 to send my prizes.     Is this common practice to reserve my prizes?
