Received a call from 310-587-2021 offering to lower the interest rate on my credit card. This is a SCAM. Do not give out any personal information. I checked with the bank and they said they never make offers of this nature. I had to put a lock on my account and get a new card to prevent any unauthorized usage.

Got a call from "Heather" - a faux computer generated voice running yet another credit card scam pretending to be somehow affiliated with an existing credit card the victim has. Tell them nothing. This is the same scam the FTC has shut down multiple times for fraud.

I have no credit card, this is a scam 100% the number that called me was - 1(310)587-2046
It's a real number owned by a shoddy company known as - Giovine Capital Group LLC
A direct line is supposedly - (310) 587-2000 but no one answers.

I gave them no info but still feel nervous. I am on the do not call list. I reported them for that violation as well as to the BBB.

Got a call from this number, asked what card they were calling about and asked why the bank that issued those cards isn't calling. They immediatily hung up. This is a scam, reporting to the BBB

Got a call from this number, it was extremely loud in the background. They claimed they were going to drop my interest rate to 6% on my credit card. When I asked them what bank of mine they are they refused to give me an answer. They just kept saying they are "Credit Card Services" and are affiliated with 2800 banks. They kept trying to ask me financial questions including numbers on my credit card.

I continued to press them to identity themselves. I was transfered to a "supervisor" who gave me the same BS answers. When he continued to ask me personal financial information I once again asked him to identity what bank and how uncomfortable i was disclosing personal information to a random CA number that called me and refused to identify themselves. He promptly hung up on me.

Good day scammers, go eat a dirt pie.

This just happened to me. Be smart people.

Please dont call my phone number

This is a discussion forum where one can report or describe suspicious or unknown phone calls, but reporting them here does not stop the calling.  YOU have to take action to do that!  (google is your friend).  Consider buying a call blocker from your favorite store if nothing else works.

I just received a call from number at 10am est. I didn't answer, but when I tried to call back it stated "we're sorry your call couldn't be completed as dialed". Sounds like a scam as others have mentioned.
