Recorded male voice that said he had spoken with me a few months ago about doing work on my house blah, blah, blah. The voice sounded quite real at first but it kept speaking and did not respond to what I said. Now blocked.

called twice in succession.

Blocked on 10.02.18 at 4:45 PM. Despite Whitepages.com showing that it is a "safe" call, the earlier posts conflict with that info.

CID was both Unknown Caller and V(bunch of #s - VOIP).  Just another scammer.  And Torsharp....just because it could totally be a "safe" number doesn't mean that a "safe" person is calling you.  These scammers spoof numbers.  I got 2 calls from my neighbor, but no messages.  I talked to my neighbor later and she said she never called me.  Again, her number was spoofed even though the caller ID showed her correct name and phone number on my call logs.  You can't trust anyone on the phone anymore!
