Text received on my Verizon ppd cell: "Your entry last month has WON!  Goto http://www.best buy.com.wgmc.biz/?claimid=212 and enter your Winning Code: '6655' to claim your FREE $1,000 Bestbuy Giftcard!"
Needless to say, I never entered anything last month, and I know fully well that it's a scam.

i just got the same text ten minutes ago

OK 2nd time this month, these scammers are active.   When the phone was regulated by the feds, this wouldn't happen.   Do we need to go back to that,  I guess I'm in favor unless the commercial sites can figure a way to stop this.
