What a SCAM..they try to sell you TV ad space for the gaming TV's (BUZZTIME) and will tell you that all of the Buffalo Wild Wings are part of the network. They will give you a awesome sales speech and when you inform them that you are sitting at a Buffalo Wild Wing that is on there list and no commercials are playing on there gaming TV's.....they give you some BS answer.

This place is a scam. I was called this week to have my business commercial play in a local buffalo wild wings in my town. After 20 minutes on the phone with a rude sales rep, I decided to go to lunch at the buffalo wild wings to think the proposal over. When I asked the manager about the screens in the restaurant playing commercials, the manager told me that there were no such commercials played on the TV screens. I was so upset with what the manager told me so I asked to speak to someone at the corporate office and they confirmed what I initially thought! I was targeted by a scam artist. This company tries to sell commercials on televisions that don't exist! the old switch and bait! Stay away from this company!

So,  I unfortunately fell for this scam.  I didn't figure it out until I finally went down to the place where my ad was supposed to be playing where i talked to the owner and learned that they do not play advertisements.  I changed my financial information ASAP and just wrote it off as a mistake to never make again.  Now they are calling me trying to bully me into paying the monthly for the time since changing my information as well as the remainder of the contract.  Could anyone point me in the direction of the proper agencies to alert to this scam?  I don't want my credit ruined because i refuse to pay for services that were never rendered.

This outfit is located in Irvine, California @ 36 Technology Drive, Suite 250, Irvine, California 92618; (949) 988-2500.  File a formal complaint with the California Attorney General's Office in Sacramento, California.  It is considered stalking in that state when they call and threaten you.  That is a felony and they will prosecute.

there is a guy named anthony,and his father did work there,and yes we had to call anyone who listens..anothony and garett play around all day and say suckers when you sign up ...so beware..

They claim it goes on the tvs in buffalo wild wings spoke to a Leo and Susan they lie called the buffalo wild wings and they said they don't let any one advertise there called there corporate and they are angry said its a scam,also when I asked to speak to there owner at play my ad they said there isn't one than called and a women said his name is Tim ..crazy.

yep you got it they csant play adds on the tvs in there because they dont alow that I work for Buffalo wild wings and know the owners of alot of them and they say this is a scam.

Let me guess salesman's name was Steve or Adam. Rude as hell and tried to tell me I didn't have any right right as fr as the do not call list because I was listed as a business. When I started reciting Oklahoma state law he hung up. I called back and informed I'm that not only did be break state laws but federal as well a d by using telecommunication, he had made a ver give error. Naturally he hund up without saying another word.

I've already filed a complaint with the FCC and FTC after they violated out Do Not Call law and then Adam told me it doesn't apply to business numbers and they could do whatever they want and there wasn't anything anyone could do about it. I did receive an apology call from a Brittany who stated they had taken can of that problem and wanted to apologize. She also wanted to know what they could do to make it right. First an apology goes a long way, but now I discovered she's apparently in this small group of people who are not only scammers, but you refuse and they become beyond rude. I doubt they could come close to making up for Adam's rant. Only right would be some Oklahoma justice then let the Feds have them. Make examples out of these bunch of scammer- actually that's too nice of a name. He'll even garbage is too nice, but at least it winds up in a landfill forever having more garbage piled upon them.

Don't give a flip about your petty divorce or break up issues, but when you,call my home/ business and start ranting on despite my being within the do not call list then we have a problem. Before you start saying you can do anything you want is the day you begin to fall. That's why Oklahoma passed laws regarding garbage like you all and I know there are Federal laws specifically telling you you can't do any of what you're doing. Then send a nice female who wishes to apologize and"what can I do to make it right" garbage is an interesting touch, I'll give them that, but doesn't matter since I'm not just complaining online or to the company. I have filed a company with one federal agency and will follow up with another tomorrow. Bunch a low life's!

Why does that not surprise me. Now I know why the female who called and apologized sked if id write something nice. Only thing nice ill write is that the federal law enforcement agencies have received my complaints and they don't seem to be very forgiving or willing to negotiate after so many law were broken. Perhaps you can talk to Bernie Madoff and see how he like his 3 hots and a cot- well sometimes you get a hot meat. Might just get a sandwichthat is way past its due date.
