Left no message - did not answer - do not recognize number

This number has shown on my caller id twice. Attempts to call back result in "the survey you were asked to participate in has expired. Press 2 to remove from list". I don't have long distance on my home number (where they call) but tried from my cell and after pressing 2, the same recording comes on. Shows Ilinois as the name.

Received a call from this number on 2/4/12 at 7:26 pm.  Did not pick it up - they did not leave a message

Got a call on Feb 4 from this number.  Hang up call.

I received a call from these creeps on February 4, 2012. Is it just me, or after reading the other posts, does it seem that these people always call on Saturdays??? I also noticed that quite a few others got a call from this creeper, or these creepers on 2.4.2012??? BTW: I didn't pick up,  and no message was left.

Another pest - called one of our cells and we are on the "do not call" list.  So much for how well that works!

Got a call from this number on Feb. 4, 2012. They left a brief message only saying "I'm gonna harass you now." That was it. I'm very confused!

rec'd call on 02/04/12.  when phone rings and you don't recognize the number, ignore it.  If it's important they'll leave a msg or call back immediately.  Then file a complaint asap.

Just received a call from this number.  The caller ID was "GB MARKETING CO."  Either a telemarketer,  survey, or worse.

Received a call from 312-271-1404... It was an automated system, didn't mention company, mentioned FBI and security system in the yard.

This number just called my cell. I don't know how they got my cell it's a tracfone number.

Calling from Chicago Illinois. Person was insistent on talking to someone and I continued to ask him who he was and who he represented. He gave a name (probably false) and state he does not work for a company and is an independent and needed to talk to a person (by name) regarding a transaction. After I informed him that this was my phone and I screen all of my calls for scammers, he became defensive. I noticed that he is in an empty room as are some of the other so called "collection agencies/scammers". I told him to get a real job and then he proceeded to attack me for being home in the middle of the afternoon (I'm permanently disabled, but he did not need to know that!). Folks, take action and answer these scamming calls but DO NOT give out any information. Stand your grounds and insist they not call back (DNC List is pathetic and does not work), hang up, then block the call (see your owner's manual for instructions). Better yet, after the caller is on the line, get a high pitched whistle (like the police and coaches use) and blow it into the microphone as hard and long as you can (most of these idiots are wearing headsets) then hang up.
