Received a call from this number a short time ago, which I did not recognize, and no one left a message.

Called at 1:08 p.m. today.  No message was left.  Showed up on CID as Get It Free.  You know this has got to be BS!

Something for free?  How stupid do you think people are?  No message left.  Number now blocked.

I recently switched my home phone, internet & cable services from direcTV to COX. I was expecting follow-up calls so I decided to answer it. That is exactly what is was for me. They wanted to make sure everything was working correctly and to let me know I would be receiving a satisfaction survey through email. I hope this information helps to clarify things. Thanks...

It was a follow up to see how the Comcast guy did

This wasn't from Comcast, although she asked about my recent service tech visit. If Comcast wanted to know how the tech did, they would call, not some other company. Beware!

This was a cable and tel contractor for Comcast.  Calling to follow up on customer satisfaction.  I did not answer and they left a respectful voicemail.  Not a dangerous number.

Comcast uses subcontractors to do work and they follow up so you don't complain to Comcast.  This is an OK call.

got a call from this number, follwup call on recent cable problem. They did leave a message to call if any problems, it was a real person.

Did not recognize number on caller ID.  Been around long enough and know if they don't leave a message, call is either scam or telemarketing.  Don't answer and block the number.
