Bursts of calls with no message left.

Didnt anwser cuz didnt reconize number ..i wont answer now that i know who it is

Can't the attorney general do something?! I'm on the no call list! What is that for if they keep calling?

rcvd 2 calls from 312-279-3363, no message left, so I called back. Inq who is this? the guy derrick say free education match service..can you please verify your first and last name & ssn#: "excuse me" 1 who the hell are you and 2 I am not going to give a perfect strange my personal info,are  friggin [***]? you must be derrick! if that is your real name. You have the customer service skill and phone etiquette of parolee on work release. I innq how did you get this number? this guy derrick proceed to cop an attitude and say I gave it to them.OKay,when? where?how? he couldnt answer of course. Then he proceeds to want to argue & get in "yes you did"  arguement like a child. I immediatleyreq to tt his supervisor who also had no idea how they got my info..."weare afffiliated with 15 different sites" ....okay well what are they? " i dont know them all" ... give 5 you do know? " we will remove your info ma'am" ... I filed a complaint w/ bbb, I am going to record the next call & then report them to the Attorney Generals office. I work on a military installation and they asked for some girl named Jessica then hung up.

They have called 3 times in last 2 hours and no one there!!

The same happens to me buddy, didnt you read posts? What agency trying to recover funds calls repeatedly and says nothing? It is phreakers trying to jack your data connection through your phone , now there is several scripts that compute you answering as a confirmation that it is okay to share your connection.Most of these lames think its victimless , when you are limited in your everyday time a slow connection is the worst!!!!!!

They have been calling for the past several weeks.  today I answered and they asked for a specific person, which was not ME!  I told them no one by that name lived here.  He thanked me politely and I hung up.
Itis so disgusting getting all these unwanted calls.  I usually do not answer but today I did.  
How do you stop this trash?

Remove my number telephone from your call list immediately.  NO MORE CALLS.  STOP CALLING ME.

They even called at 8:30 a.m. on a Sunday.

They call and dont say anything and if they do tak then they wont shut up. when i hang up on your ass it means dont call back!!!!

there's nothing the Police can do about it there is possibly you have signed up for something and you got this call

2 calls from this number within an hour. I don't answer if I don't know the number. I'm so glad I found this site, I always check it when I receive a call from a number I don't recognize.

I received 4 calls from this number within a 1/2 hour,,,WTW...what do they want and who are they...They are getting on my nerves.  I told them to stop calling me and they still keep calling...I'm about to get gangstar on them...LOL

Report the number to the FCC.

Just by TELLING a bill collector to stop calling you doesn't make them have to stop legally. You have to PHYSICALLY send them a letter with your signature and possibly a notary stamp saying that you want them to stop calling you or you will take further legal actions against them. And then they have 30 days to annoy the crap out of you until they HAVE to legally stop calling. IF they keep calling after this, then you can take your letter to a lawyer and seek out more assistance. I would send your letter certified just for verification.

Or, you can just log onto your cell phone provider network and BLOCK the numbers calling. Or call them and have them help you do this!

I've gotten four calls from them today - missed the first one, told the next two I wasn't interested (after asking how they got my information; they said I'd submitted it earlier today, which is a big ol' lie), and actually chatted with #4. I told him I was interested in studying Japanese, he "did a search for it," and didn't find any matches. He asked me if I was interested in anything else, and I said no, I really want to be a translator. He apologized again for not finding anything, and I said "In that case, could you please take me off your list?" I tried to sound as disappointed as possible, like I'd really wanted this to work out. He said OK. We'll see how it goes.

TL;DR: Four calls, told the fourth one I wanted to study Japanese, he couldn't find anything, asked him to take my name off.

Keep calling me too

I called the 312 number back and found it is an education matching service as noted in other posts. I told them to stop calling immediately or a lawsuit would result. The woman I spoke to said no problem, verified our number then said she removed it and to have a good day. We'll see if that actually stops it.

I received 3 calls today from this number!!  I did not answer and they did not leave any messages.
