WTH is going on?  Can't get on this do not call list...no one is answering.  SO TIRED OF DARNED CALLS!

can't opt out and the marketer hung up on me when i asked for their company name...they wanted info from electric bill...to get federal money/refund?  WTH?

Wanted my Electric bill account number. They will use it to sign me up for some overpriced service. Big scam.going on lately. I got some scamming spook broad on the phone.

they call constantly. apparently they have all the numbers that start with 312-340-55--.

Same people who were calling a couple of weeks ago from 312-340-5582, 312-340-5554 and similar numbers with some telemarketing scam to change electric supplier.  Annoyingly insisting!  https://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-312-340-5582/2

Called and did not leave a message; Assume 312-340-#### is electric utility rate scam.  Have recevived more calls than I can count from Area Code 312 Exchange 340.

I called the broad a [***] and she hung up on me.Was it sumthing I said?

ROBO calls re lower ur energy cost and get your FREE stimuls money before its all gone...complains on all these have been filed with IL atty General (USELESS), Illinois ICC (more than useless) and FTC (totally useless).. give me a name and sue them every time in small claims court...

Here is the deal. Based on information at http://www.icc.illinois.gov/utility/profile.aspx?id=2993, the number is apparently owned by US Xchange of Illinois, L.L.C. That company is apparently Earthlink. It licenses the number to these folks who continue to call and violate the do not call rule. I f you call the local Illinois office, you are place into voicemail hell and given a recorded message that it is not their fault, but they will look into it. Well, it has been about 6 weeks and I still get the calls. Here is their number. Perhaps they should be called again and again until they solve the problem. Tell Rolla I said hi!
