I am absolutely fed up with more than 10 calls each day from either politicians, marketing research companies, or scammers using voip internet calls to spoof their phone numbers and appear to call from a local number when they are actually foreign operations trying to rob/steal from good honest American citizens. There needs to be a better system for managing and tracing any and all phone calls to enforce the laws of privacy and protect our children from criminals.

Just got a call from these scammers myself. Getting sick of creeps like these trying to offer their "services" to those of us who don't need (or want) them.

They hung up as soon as they got the answering machine. Fine be me.

all calls starting (312) 340- ____        are nasty numbers always calling.  One of them phoned several times a day for several days.  One of the worst offenders.  I never answer,

Called my house repeatedly. Fairly certain it is a scam.

They keep calling but never leave any message.

These people call every day. I am sick of their harassment. Whenever I get an operator after hitting zero, and ask to be removed, they just hang up. Why doesn't the government shut these people down? What good is their stupid do not call list?

Multiple calls every day.

If you have Comcast voice service, by dialing *60 and then 2 from the menu, you can block these types of calls.

Received a call from them, but the caller ID listed BILLING ASST, with there number. Did answer it, made that mistake of answering a unknown call and it was someone on the other end saying that I won a free family cruise. Yeah right, like they just are giving away free cruises, didn't enter a sweepstakes or use the number called for sweepstakes, total scam. Just like this number, scam artists.

Yeah, this number is popping up on my caller ID. Plus other numbers that contain 312-340. I feel like canceling out my telephone co.. if I don't have a phone number no one will call.
