Called me 2/21/19.  Not answered because I don't answer calls from unknown numbers because they are ALWAYS scammers!  "Consumer habits."  Yeah!  Right!

Actually left a recorded message asking me to push numbers as to the number of times a week I shop at big box stores. Unfortunately, they didn’t give me a number to tell them to go to hell.

Calls several times weekly

caller id same as number. 4th time calling in 3 weeks.

called again, caller id same as number, each time they call it is a different caller id but the same number

They call, answer machine takes the call but they don't leave a message.

Called twice - I didn't answer. Now blocked. Thanks everyone for posting!

Some kind of big-box store consumer survey. It talked at our answering machine while we ignored it.

Some jerk called just to hang up on the answering machine.

Call at least twice weekly...it's no one's business what my damned consumer habits are.

I received a call form this supposed Illinois caller tonight. I did not answer this particular call but want to let others know that these scam callers are getting very creative. Be very careful if you should pick up any of these type of callers. I am quite sure their goal is to get our personal information.  Also,  I agree with the other posters that suggest some of these callers are based off shore.

The problem with calling the FCC is that they are using sophisticated call masking technology which is difficult to trace back.  Also, many of these calls are coming from other countries.
