Voicemail stated "Mr. Davids from the fraud division" and that was around the time the voicemail cut off. I have no idea why he's calling, or what it's about.

Received a call from a miss Taylor.  Said something about a payday loan and a felony against me. I have no idea what it is about . Said something about charges being filed against me with my state.  I wish they would find something better to do with their tine.

Mr. Davis, Fraud Division  needs to speak to me or my attorney.  I guess he is making his rounds.  Just going to block this caller as I do with all other frauds.

I just received a call from Mr Davis stating he is from the fraud division as well wanting to get information from me and my lawyer

Received a call from a Mr. Davis from Fraud Division wanting me or my attorney to call this number back to talk to anyone of his associates. Filing a felony law suit against me in my State.

Got a call from Mrs. Roberts from Sp or Sc legal services and I don't know what is going on. I looked up the number and it sent me to this page. The first call was from Mr. Davis from the Fraud Division, I called back and left a message and that's when Mrs. Roberts called and said she just got my file on her Desk.

i just received the same message. If it is an important legal matter why is it over the phone... So sick of these calls!!!!

I've been receiving the same message, I even call them back and I knew it was a scam because I don't do payday loan but they have all my info and I don't know how

I received threatening calls about a payday loan i got and never paid. I was told I was going to be charged with defraud and theft by deception in my state. The bad part is they had my social security number and my bank account #

I received a phone call exactly the same.  I filed a complaint with the consumer protection bureau. I was told by a miss Taylor that they would be mailing paperwork too me to prove I have this debt and charges were being filed. No idea what this is and still haven't received anything from these idiots.

I've been getting the same calls from mr Davis. At least now they are using American callers LOl. Last time it was a guy in India saying in a thick accent his name was Sean Thomas and it would be berry berry bad for me to ignore his call he  was going to arrest me and the FBI was going to come.

I dont owe anything to anybody. I have been paying all my debts on time and get this call from the same phone number and
asking  my attorney to call them. Why!

They had mine too have you heard anything more from this?

Mr. Davis in fraud department. I have not paid my Payday loan... I hav never had a payday loan in my life.

Received same...Mr Roberts recording then Ms Davis told me I had a loan in 2014 that I defaulted on that has gone to my state now for filing etc.  Wanted name of my attorney

Reporting a phone call from 312-423-6622 also,  Delores called and stated she was going to file state charges on me today for check fraud and intent to defraud a business.   Hung up and blocked this number on my phone.  FY, it did sound very scary and legitimate at first.  Talked to an attorney's receptionist (friend) and she stated that I am the third person to call this week about this.  So if you get this call, you may want to just hang up.   My friend stated they had called an FBI office and they hung up.

Same message as above, said to press 1 to speak with a representative, i did that, and i did not get thru anybody, the call was disconnected
