They called one of our family cell phones today, and said my debit card would be canceled. The number traces back to "Cleversafe" I think they are using software that masks the real numbers they are calling from - they spoof a real number -- we also got a call today from 516-941-2664, which traces back to "ashley home furniture store in new york" - obviously, they are spoofing their source number.

I got the same call yesterday about my debit card would be cancelled and said I had to type my account number in.

Repeated calls over a period of several weeks.  No message left.

Called my work phone...then hung up!
