I think this is a scam bill collector stating they are collecting for the state dept of revenue.  The person asks for current address and last 4 of your social security number.  I didn't tell them squat.
They volunteered they knew an address I had from 15 years ago and wanted to know my current address.  If they were indeed collecting for the state, wouldn't they have my current address?  At the end the person told me to google the state's dept of revenue phone number and call.  Why am I googling and calling?
