pretty sure it's a debt collector, harris & harris.  they have other numbers starting with (312) 423...
debt collectors won't leave vm's.

Someone by the name of Mr Hoover leaves a message everyday from 3124237510.

These people can't even pronounce my name correctly.

Yup, bottom feeders. Bet their moms are so proud of what they do for a living.

A female at this number left this callback number on voice mail -- but left no name, company, other info. Said they are dent collectors. Know it's junk because no company or individual name plus I have no debt!

Every day they call and rattle off a list of names of people that have had my phone number previously and every day I tell them they don't live here and they say ok we will remove your number . After 6 months one would think they would have removed this number from their calling list !

Received a call from this company claiming debt.  They left no information as to the amount and/or the Company the debt is owed.  I believe it is a scam.

Called and left no message.  Pretty sure they are debt collectors and are trying to get to my son who has a lot of medical debt.

They say they are a debt collector for the City of Chicago
