    I have received several calls from this company and they left no message.  I tried returning the call and it doesn't accept return calls.  When I did answer the phone it was man with a thick accent telling me they were refilling my prescription for a topical cream and they needed my insurance info.  I informed him that I used no such medication and he quickly hung up.  My guess is some sort of insurance scam.
