Rang 3 times then hung up

"Margo" called and asked to speak to our IT Manager.  Asked why, and she hung up.

Ann called asked to speak to HR manager.  English not her first or second language.  Sounded as though she was reading off a script.

They call every day. are belligerent and pushy.  asks to speak to "anyone in IT"

Obvious fishing expedition, they call, identify as a marketing company, and ask for the name of your company CEO, etc. If they were at all legit they could look this info up online in 10 seconds.

A gentleman called looking for our HR Manager, which we have an HR Manager at every location for our company. I asked if they had a specific name or location that they were wanting to be directed to and he said it had to do with Recruiting. He wanted to get information to put into his database where other partners/clients/candidates could see the information and then give us information on how they can help improve our recruiting practices.

This call was very obviously a call center, from all of the background noise that occurred during the call. He also was asking for us to release our data to their company which seems fishy. This was definitely a telemarketer phishing for information and wanting to sell us services that we do not need.

SCAM

Very heavy accented male said he was from Microsoft and wanted to speak to a certain individual.  I told him to check the do not call list and he kept saying he was from Microsoft so I hung up on him.

Female caller. Very poor English. Wants to speak to my husband. Told her she can speak to me. Then told her we were on no-call list. She said she would call back and hung up. Has called five times this week.
