I'm SURE this is a bill collector.  I called (from a different phone than my cell) and someone answered right away.  the company name is DIVERSIFIED CONSULTANTS.  When I asked her "what her company does" she asked me for my phone #.  I told her I just wanted to know what her "BUSINESS" is and she gave me this long drawn out schpiel about how she "was not authorized" to give out that CONFIDENTIAL (?) information without FIRST knowing WHO SHE IS SPEAKING TO (!!!!!??!!!!)  BILL COLLECTOR ALL THE WAY! - I just hung up on her.   I LOOKED THEM UP ON-LINE and they ARE DEFINATELY A DEBT COLLECTION AGENCY.

Trying to collect a $700 past due on VERIZON WORELESS, under MY NAME. They mentioned the last four of my SSN and from that I replied 1) I don't have a Verizon phone account and 2) that's not my SSN last four.
