Got about a dozen of calls during regular working hours on my cell phone (based in Montreal Canada). I never picked up. Only once they left a message saying to call back at 1 888 871 8572. They claimed being from what sounded to be "NCO". Sounded dodgy, I never called back.

When they call, the following ID number appears: 313-286-8404 (Detroit, Michigan, number).

NCO is a collection company.  They mostly deal with hospital bills.

Four calls a day and no messages.  Once I informed them the 2nd time they called I was completing bankruptcy they called twice after that.  Said the system was delayed to update.  It takes a few days.  BILL COLLECTOR!

BILL COLLECTOR.  THEY CALL ALL DAY, LEAVE NO MESSAGES, WHEN YOU CALL BACK YOU GET PUT ON HOLD.  THEY REPRESENT DIFFERENT AGENCIES SO IT IS NOT FOR JUST MEDICAL BILLS, CARS, HOUSES.  IT IS BASED ON YOUR ACCOUNT THAT IS PAST DUE OR HAS PROBLEMS.

I have had my new cell number for a couple of days only and they keep calling.  I have explained that I am not who they are looking for and to take my number off the list but they keep calling.
