No message...stayed connected for 5-7 seconds then hung up.

fundraising call for MI state police & such.
they leave no message if voicemail picks up.
they have been told numerous times to delete me and they won't.

MISFA (313) 286-8421 <--- This was on my list of incoming calls on my comcast account.  If you google MISFA it comes up with Microfinance Investment Support Facility For Afghanistan.

calls all the time and never ending. they ask for me by name. is misfa really something to do with afghanistan? I thought it was for the state police fund raising.

Police Fundraising by contracted group. They call often and are trained to talk you out of your "no thanks" reply.

Constant calls at all hours, despite getting a "the person you are trying to call is no longer accepting calls from this number" message.

they called at noon comes across as MISFA i answered and there wasnt any one there so i hung up and i set the phone down and they called back.  asking for "MRS boyfriends last name"  i said no such person existed then they asked for mr boyfriends last name and i said which one this one or the other one meaning his gpa?  and he replys with my bfs name.  told him he was at work.

Called three times today, but hung up when I picked up the phone.  I think that their dialer doesn't cross-reference to the Do Not Call list until after the call is made?
