Keeps calling me, I just mailed my payment Thursday give me a break people..I pay them every 2 weeks why are you calling me....

This is Total card. They have ties to Israel. Are huge supporters of attacks onPalestinian children and families.

Essentially they are a Zionist teror group who raises money through phoney credit cards.

Again with Total Card. Why do the use some many different numbers??? Do they think people are so dumb, we will answer the call if the use a new number every time?  Here's the numbers they've used on me: 313-346-5268  313-346-5271  469-619-4118  347-404-5862  832-260-0416  901-881-4268.

Have you tried reporting them to your state's Attorney General? I just received a call from them asking for my daughter who no longer lives here. They gave me credit info regarding a credit card she has; They asked for Miss (whatever my last name is). I am hard of hearing and was not wearing my hearing aids at the time and I told them I was. When I found out what the call was about, I stopped her before she went any further and said I was her mother.  I also reminded her of the Privacy Act and that they need to verify fully with whom they are speaking. The caller then accused me of fraud because I said that I was my daughter.  When I explained my hearing loss and could not determine the difference between Miss, Ms. or Mrs. over the phone, the caller said "Yeah, Yeah, we've heard that one a hundred times or more and hung up on me! When I called the number back, a man answered. He would hardly let me explain and after I did, he said their business was with my daughter so what was the problem, I explained again that I didn't want to talk about my daughter's account, I just wanted to speak to a supervisor about the rude manner of the woman who had called. He said no he wouldn't let me speak to a supervisor, This call was from V. Huether.  Yes I see tha pattern and we should all do what we can to investigate this matter and report them to the proper authorities.

WTF  they called me 2 times a day cuase they havent recieved a 30 dollar monthly payment, this company thinks they are IT and if you are late by one friggin minit they have to make calle all day and half the night to collect $30.00

My payment has already been sent, yet this company calls me 8-10 times a day from 4 or 5 different phone numbers.

HOW can this be legal??

They just called here..got the answering machine because I don't pick up for numbers I don't know..They kept saying "please hold this is an important call" 4 times this machine said this...It's not once a day either ,it can be 3-4 times a day/7 days a week!!

[***] with them...they'll hang up real quick...tell them they are harrsassing you and get a phone bill because these guys have called 7 times in less than 2 days and some of the calls are after 9pm

I wish there was a company that called people about their spelling and grammar.

Bill is paid. They still call several times a day. Anything else you need to say? Ignorance is a sickness and you are afflicted.

This is Total Card calling re: my bill. I sent electronic payment via my bank and on their website on Friday, my due date was Monday. I have paid 4 times in the past week. My balance does not exceed my limit and I have paid more than 3 times my minimum and the calls continue.

I am receiving several calls from this number for someone who had this number before me. Half the time they don't speak when I answer the phone. I do not have an account with this company. They have said they will take me off of their list, but the next few days they call again. Ugh.

If you have a Total Card Visa and you missed a payment or two, be aware they will call you.  If you are a couple of days late or you are severely late in making your payments, rest assure they will call you.  I have a Total Card Visa and have had it for a couple of years now.  I am usually never ever late with my payments to them nor have I ever missed a payment to them, in fact my account is in such good standing that I am able to get credit line increases every three months in increments of $25, but the catch is you can't have been over the limit or have missed a payment or have been severely late where a late fee has been accessed during any three month period.  This month was the first month that I was actually a few days late paying the amount due, but it was paid and shortly after I realized they called me.  If you keep your account in good standing they are good in working with you.  

This is not a scam call, unless they are calling you and they got the wrong number and you are not the person they are looking for, then by all means I'd tell them to stop calling.  Good luck.

Hello fellow card holder, I'm sorry you are experiencing such headaches.  I'm surprised they are still calling you when your account is in good standing.  Doesn't sound like them at all, but then again I'm not surprised.  Something in their system must not be up-to-date and they should be made very aware of the annoying calls and to make sure the payments are all posted to your account.  I hope by now since the date of your posting, the issue has been resolved.

im getting calls from this number and we dont even have credit cards. its annoying. they keep calling every hour and its ridiculous!
