Automated voice call from Nancy Moore about a "case pending against you."  The same old "please call or have your attorney call", etc.  This is the second day in a row that I've gotten a call from this number on a landline that doesn't even have my name associated with it (for reasons I have yet to understand).  When, oh, when will this scamming ever stop?!?

I have the same call. Because they do not have my name associated with it, it makes me scared to answer or call back. I had scams already happen in the last year so I am reluctant to answer calls and call them back because they are not

It is a SCAM 100%!  Call your phone service provider to have this number blocked otherwise you will receive calls every single day with a VM of exactly 36 seconds.  Verizon will block numbers for free, not certain about other carriers.  Take care and don't worry!!!!!!
