Yes, I received a somewhat muffled voice mail message.  Cant quite make out the name of the Company, however, an Ann Taylor left a message stating I had a case with them and it was imperative that I or my attorney call them back.   Never did leave a claim # nor what the matter was pertaining to.

Yes, I received a call today as well. Ann Taylor and pending case. No details as well. Just to call back. Is this like the IRS scam?

I have received the same message two days in a row now. Pretty sure it's a scam, because I have no pending cases. I work for lawyers, and this is not how they would behave if it was a real case.

I received the same message from Ann Taylor, 2 days in a row, claiming that I also had a pending case . I know that I don't have any pending cases, so I know that this is scam. I didn't even bother to return the call.

Its Christmas time and they are just trying to scare you into paying a sum of money to them. Ignore these calls and continue to enjoy your life.

I receive them every single day!! I do not call back ever! I just blocked the number but they can still leave vm.
