Got a call from this number stating they were MRC services and collecting a debt. The lady stated her name was Erica Hall and I owed money. Sounded like a scam but still called back Erica answered and stated I had a debt that occurred between 2008 and 2013 but could not specify from where. Then stated it was a payday loan that was due 1128. Told her payday loans do not work that way and if I could deal with the lender direct she offered a discounted payment and stated that information was not available to her. scam!

Have received the exact same phone call every day this week.  The caller leaves a prerecorded voice message from Erica Hall sating that I have a case with her office and that I or my attorney need to call her back today.
I do not have any bad debts and therefore do not plan on calling her back.

Received the same call asking for someone who nolonger lives at my house. Asked what MCR does Erica Hall said they do arbitration for whomever hires them. Yet another phone scam.
