Said I had some kind of pending action and that if I didn't contact this dona Logan person with a attorney,  I would remove my right to do anything and a case would be filed

"Donna Logan" calling to say if I do not call back by today (message left at 5:07pm) I will "waive my rights to an attorney" about a debt owed.   Suspect scam as credit rating is high.

I’ve gotten over 20 Calls from this number saying if I don’t respond I waive my rights

same here. In my experience if they don't know your name they're probably not credible.

Received a call that i owed a client of theirs and i asked what company with and they said MRC Services
