As someone who used to work in collections decades ago, it is nice to see them going back to the old style of veiled threats and double-speak....ahhhh...(SO glad I bailed out of that at first opportunity!)

Repeated calls.  Obvious scam.  She wants to speak with your "retained attorney of record" and if you don't call back, you have "waived your right to counsel".  I call this Legalese Salad.  It's like word salad, but mostly legal terms that have no meaning in the context they are used.  Spoiler alert, you can't waive your right to counsel by not returning a phone call.  Heck, you don't even have a right to counsel in debt matter.  The call is designed to scare you.  Don't fall for it.  It is highly unlikely this is even related to an actual debt.
