Got a call from 314-390-1344 its a scam they left me a message saying I have a pending case and that my attorney needs to call them don't even call them back, they have called me twice already, she say her name is Ann Robinson.

I received a call from (314) 390-1344 stating the same as Linda reported.  Someone name Ann Robinson has a recording stating there is a pending case.  These people are ridiculous however, be aware of the websites you make payments to or give any of your information to.  As this is the result, a call labeled Scam likely

I got the same call as Ellie.  Ann Robinson then I also got a call from another lady said her name was Maria.  They state they are from MRC Services, however no such company that is a debt collector or Lawyer's office, exist in Missouri.  They also, never specifically ask for me. I was told that this is a scam and to not confirm any information. I filed a complain with the AG's office in Missouri on Friday the 19th of October.  They are looking into it.
