Received a call to our land line from this number today (3 Dec 2019). Caller ID: St Louis MO. I answered out of curiosity. After I said "hello," a male came on and said "Hello this is Andrew with Solar Energy Partners calling about a possible reduction on your electricity bill can hear me OK?" My reply: Please take our number off your calling list. Our number is on the state and Federal Do Not Call List. I blocked the number from calling again.

By the way, Solar Energy Partners seems to be headquartered in South Carolina, so I have no idea why a phone number with a St. Louis, MO area code number was used.

Called my cell phone at 8:31 AM. Do not know the caller, so didn't answer. No ID came up on the call. Will report to DO NOT CALL & MISSOURI NO CALL COMPLAINT.

No caller ID

This number has been harassing me and has called my phone at least 15 times in a row. When I answered they immediately hung up. When I called back they answered then hung up.
