I had the same experience. I waited a few minutes and called them back, got a lady on the phone by the name of Sherry. I was finally able to get out of here that they are a collection agency by the name of CACI and that they had mistakenly called my #. She assured me they won't call again, but I am not holding much faith in that. Here is their contact info.

It appears that they have a habit of calling the wrong party.  I would suggest a certified, return receipt "not me" letter along with complaints to:

They called me I kept saying hello didn’t get a reply, Called the number back didn’t work so I’ve blocked my number with star 67, and lo and behold they answer sounds like a lady working out of her house, then when I gave her my cell phone number she said that it looks like they called the wrong person LOL

Message left on answering machine:  robot voice saying "you are the first person in line" as if I called them!!  Bad connection music followed by someone saying "Hello...Hello?...Hello?

This number called me three times today. The first time I answered thinking it was my daughter (same area code). A recording kept saying "please hold for the next available operator". After saying that about five times it hung up.
