It is a number used by Hackers to pull off phishing scams. Report it. Do not give them your password to hear your voice mail.

I've been receiving calls from 314-807-3806 every other day for months. I tried to call back but was told to type my password for my email account to retrieve my voice mail. I did not do it. Instead i goggled the number and discovered 3 people use that number. They live in Pinkneyville. Also, last year i received 3 calls from a recording stating my SS had been suspended due to illegal activity.  I was told to dial a certain number to straightened it out. Instead i called the SS  administration  and notified the SS Fraud Department. Also, since last year, in October, i began receiving calls from numbers no longer in service. They were coming in every two hours so i shut the ringer off and would check my phone for recent numbers. If i didn't recognize the number,  i reported it to my phone service company and then i blocked the number. But even though the numbers are blocked, they still come in. Norton Lifelock stated that hackers no only get into your cell phones but also your TV and computers. My guess would be they want to watch you and make sure you are not home when they break in. Hackers got into all three of my cell phones and then they broke in and destroyed my house. A group of people ran off 3 of my neighbors but i refused to move. Two years ago someone turned off my alarm system, broke in and poured a mixture of poop and urine all over my home and possessions making it unlivable. I finally had to move. When i find out who did this to my home, I'll file charges against them and send them to prison!

The number 314-807-3806 is a phishing number for fraud and scams used by Hackers. You need to get your phone scanned for viruses or malware.

Looks like many of the comments mention that people are receiving calls from 314-807-3806. My situation is that I switched cellular carriers about a month ago. I'm not receiving calls from this number. For me, what happens is, when one of the persons I speak to the most calls AND leaves a message, "314-807-3806" appears as the caller ID. I haven't called the carrier yet to see what they recommend, if anything. I have had to learn to recognize the ID'd number as the person I know so as not to disregard it. I am able to access my voicemail.

Was Called today from Ryder Kain with the Natl Asset Enforcement Division wanting me to call 814-750-8047 because my unresolved tax collection issue has reached detonation level and federal enforcement is eminent.  Urgent.  I call BS. Very impressive voice and sounds official though.
