Received call from this number I answered and they hung up. Called it back. It gave me a "recorded call" message and when a Agent who didn't identify herself finally answered I asked who the company was, she hung up.

Called me and wanted me to verify my last 4 digets of my SSN....I told them they shouldn't be asking me for that info. They refused to give me their name and for which company they worked for...I told them I would be reporting them to the BBB.....I'm sick and tired of all these phone calls trying to gather info on me....

Would not identify themselves hung up on me several times

They call and wont identify themselves. They try to say it's of a personal matter and try to get me to verify a last 4 of a social security number. When i inform them that :this call is being recorded for quality assurance, please identify your business", they hang up. How do we stop this?

There's no way to prevent the calls from being initiated.  You can protect yourself somewhat by using a call blocker and NOT picking up on call numbers you do not recognize.

They are calling for personal matter want to verify my last 4 social security number guy wouldn’t tell me personal matter until, there are lot of people with my name I said pal you got my first name that’s all your getting who r u what do u want etc, he said that’s okay not his loss if I don’t want to verify and hung up on me! called today asking for "Donald" . Told her this is the wrong number and please don't call again (mind you, it is the fifth time they call). She hung up on me.

Would not identify who they r and when I called the number back it hang up after one ring, when asking who they r they were rude and nasty .... I blocked them as they refuse to identify themselves

Unfortunately they’re still at it! Smh..... Calling around, playing on folks phones again! Smh.... Didn’t answer, no vm left, now blocked. I guess they count on people not looking up phone numbers. To them the whole world is stupid and and doesn’t know any better🤷🏼‍♀️ Just ridiculous!

they called once and refused to give me a name or company name. i hung up. they called back a few days later, I answered the call saying "Sherrif's Dept.  Fraud division,,,  they never called back again
