i recieved a call stating i had alligations against me and a warrent said they was from criminal dept.

The same call, but I got it at work?

The same call  got it today

Total scanners.need to report to phone company. Will not give you any
info. They want to terrorize you and your money. Not funny. Love to hang up on you.

Received same call twice today for some fictitious name. AT&T offered phone blocking service ($5/mo) but no other help.

Scam. Saying a criminal justice place and how there is a warrant out for my arrest. Called me 4 times in a row and left a voicemail. Called them back and threatened to call the police.bad English and you can tell they are reading from a script and can hear others talking in background.

This number called my cell showed up new york I answered & nobody spoke so I hung up. Line 1 @ my job rang & it was this number I answered they asked for me then line 2 @ work rang & I asked line 1 to hold to get line 2 which was the same number as line 1 & my cell. Hung up on both. then line 1 & line 2 rang @ same time showing private caller. I answered, they asked for my place of business by name, I said yes then they asked for me. I politely asked them not to call  this number again & he got irate saying he was from some kind of criminal justice place & their was a warrant out for my arrest. I told him do not call again & hung up. Immediately called back from private caller again on line 1 I answered by saying do not call & he asked me if i was going to be rational again & i hung up then line 2 rang I picked it up & hung up. did not even speak. I get these types of calls every few mths since I booked a hotel room last summer through hotels.com. I have changed all the info they have on me so they cant get into my accounts...etc.

They called and threatened me with an arrest warrant. I told them where to stick it and they said they didn't want to talk to any more, swore at me and hung up. Tried calling number back and wouldn't pick up.

Sounds like the Mumbai Mobsters at work........Although,  I read where the pakistanis were also active in the Boiler Room.   To most north americans,  their english accent sounds about the same...

Say what?  A warrant said they was from Criminal depr. ?     Must have been an interesting warrant you got.

I got the same call saying I owe 12,870,000. There is a warrant and serve 11 months

How do I block this number

Called me 4times saying someone filed a complaint about me but wouldnt go in to details. Just said I was being sued.

I get a call from 315-675-5169 every day but no one answers.If you call the # back it just rings!

Called saying a warrant was being issue for my arrest if I don't give them money. It's a scam. I had my lawyer look into it last month when they tried this [***]. I told them I was reporting them to Homeland Security as terrorists and that my lawyer is filing a suit against them for harrassment. He (she on a previous occassion) tried to give me crap over it and get pissy with me. I also said that they had better call back because I have friends in the local police force who are willing to trace the call for me and press charges for impersonating officers. Haven't received any calls back yet.

same. HA! let it go to voicemail. Had the same kind of e-mails.

Got the same call today but I felt like having some fun with Mr. "Smith" and told him I had reported him to home land security and had filed an internet fraud complaint against him. Oh yeah, I began by asking him if he was the Pakistani Mafia several times; he just kept saying he was John Smith from Criminal some nonsense but hung up right after the I said fraud...tee heee

I received a call from a Justin Thomas stating he was from the legal system.  I was being sued by  Qiuck Cash Net for a 350.00 loan that wasn't repaid.  With the legal charges it is now a total of 1095.00.  He stated he was going to file a court order on tomorrow morning to have me sued for the out standing balance.   Also there was a warrant out for my arrest.  When I requested some information he was a bit upset.  He told me the money was deposited into an account that isn't mine.   When I told him that wasn't my account.  He informed that the sheriff's department will be at my door on tomorrow to arrest me.  The funny thing was, when I requested the account numer he didn't have one yet.  He said he needed to file the paperwork with the courts in order to get a case number.  His final words were,  I will see you in court in tomorrow and collect the money than.  Ending the conversation with have a blessed day.  Before I could reply he had hung up the phone in my face.

I keep getting these calls from this number.  Blocked it.  Reported it a newsguy here in Atlanta that's great for exposing these guys.
I told the badenglish guy on the phone that I figured he saw my info on some on line file, took it used a loan service deposited it into his account and then immediately defaulted the loan and tried this s***.  I told him to stuff it and never call me again.
He started calling my wife too.
Yep I got the blessed day too.
