Call came in from 315 675 5173 Cleveland NY.  Recorded message stating IRS was filing suit against me.  I hung up. I do not owe the IRs

Message said IRS is filing a lawsuit against me.

Three voice mail messages today, computerized voice stating this is IRS's final notice before they sue me and to call back to discuss the case.

this is the msg I got. BS.."Internal Revenue Service. The reason of this call is to inform you that the IRS is filing a lawsuit against you to get more information about this case file. Please call immediately on our department number 315-675-5173. I repeat 315-675-5173. Thank you."

Received two robo calls informing me that IRS is filing a suit against "you" without mentioning the name.  The second call a couple of days later said this is the final notice about the IRS filing lawsuit unless I call the number to get the case number.

Same as above. Three phone calls from 3156755173 about IRS filing a lawsuit. Final voice-mail stated this was FINAL notice. Needless to say, I never called back.
