This is a spoofed number for Halstead Financial Services of Skokie, IL. They are debt collectors for payday loans, old loans outside of the statute of limitations (zombie debts) and scam collections for submitting your personal information to online loan company generators. They call you with a pre-recorded message alluding to a lawsuit against you. Don't fall for it. Though they will continue to call you, and possibly even call your relatives and anyone you may have listed as a personal reference, they can do and will do nothing to you. If they continue to be a bother, call them repeatedly, all day long. Then call them the next day and so forth. No need to be rude or obscene, just call them and call them and call them. There's nothing they can do about it, they can't or won't even call the police for a harassment complaint because they broke the law by calling you with a pre-recorded message about a debt collection and referred to personal information that is protected from dissemination by Federal law...so they won't do anything about you calling them repeatedly. After a couple days of fun filled phone calls, they'll stop calling you and sell your information to another illicit debt collection company.
