I'm not familiar with this number 317-?245-?4089

I got a call from this number today. The caller ID read "Out of Area". I usually don't answer these calls, but I am so disgusted with getting 6 - 8 calls like this EVERY DAY I decided to answer and, it someone was actually there, I was going to give them a piece of my mind. A women with a foreign accent told me I had a certificate for a free week's vacation as some timeshare resort that was about to expire. Have you heard that one before? Yeah, me too. Anyway, I told her she was working a scam and should go out and get a real job and quit harassing people like myself with these ILLEGAL phone calls. She persisted and I spoke some stronger words. I know it won't do any good, but I feel a little better "letting it out".

Wish they would stop.  I have "blocked" them, but they still show as a missed call...   Not sure how to truly block them but they do call 4 or 5 times a day.   I have asked them to remove me from the call list in the past and they would just hang up on me...
