calls and threatens legal action but does not provide info on who they are or who they are looking for. just pure harassment

How do we get rid of these calls?

They just called me as well. I called the number back and says please have your file number ready and rings and rings and an answering machine picks up saying no one is avaliable.. Leave a message hmm they just called me a min ago.

Yeah, this is another scam.. the first time this lady called it showed up as RAA LLC on caller i.d and if you google that it pulls up a couple sites to report scam callers.

Call threatening legal action. Don't say what for. Harassment at its finest. I don't answer threatening callers

I was left a message by this phone number just like " apgj " today (3/28) also threatening me with legal action either here at home or at my place of employment!!! WHO ARE THESE [***]??? Anyway.....-- GOOD LUCK!!! -- trying to threaten me at my place of employment as I have been out-of-work for over 5-years, ever since my last employer with only 16-employees was acquired by another company with over 22,000-employees and as a result of that merger, it was decided to completely dissolve our entire Engineering Department!!! [***] 'EM ALL!!!

I received a call from these people telling me that they will come to my home or place of business with papers I know that I don't own any debts to any finical institution so please someone stop these people from calling and harassing me

They called me too. Same message.  A year ago it was a live person same voice. Now it's  recording. It is a scam. I reported it last time. Apparently it's a stupid scam

Same as reported below. Sounds like threatening to serve me for unpaid charges for B&V web services.

I was left a voicemail stating there was a complaint filed against me and there would be someone coming to my job and place of residence. They didn't say who their "client" was or give the name of their company for that matter. This is completely illegal according to FDCPA law.

They've called me as well. Had the same problem last year. They called for a week or so and then stopped when I never answered or responded.

This number has called me twice now threatening to come to my home or place of business if I don't take care of this matter. Pls Know, you will never get a live person. The 1st initial call (which I did answer) is automated with your case# and their threatening message. When calling back the automated response picks up and tells you to please hold and have your case# ready for the next agent...... No one will ever answer but elevator music. I've called 3 times in a row, the 2nd call from me to them (1:14pm to 1:26pm) automatically hung up. I'm waiting to see if it happens again..... 1:27pm to 1:39pm still no answer.

This is the second call in a week. They think they have reached my husband on my private cell phone.
They say that they have received a fax with two items on it. That they will come after him at his work and home. He can talk to the original creditor, but only before they come to the house.
It is very threatening sounding, but does not follow the proper rules for credit collection.

Ive been getting the calls daily for over a year now from *25* different numbers of theirs.... That i have blocked in my phoneToday the message was that they are actively hunting me down and once they find me i give up my right to contact the client..... But WHAT client is what i wanna know?... I called back *SIX* times in a row, got the same msg as all of you, rang twice then suto hung up on me.... HOW do i report these ppl?

I just received a call and I called them back and I told them not to call again or I will press charges they told me that they would take my number off the calling list the problem is they call my boyfriends home phone

Call every day with threats to take legal action.  Cannot reach a human when trying to call them to take me off their phone list.

They have called 3 times called back and left not a nice message then again and again lets unite and flood thier phones last was they need to watch gangs of new yk 😛😛😛😛😛😛
