Called me, my dad, my sister in law and my ex bf whom I haven't spoken to in 8 years regarding "pending felony charges".

First of all, I know our County Sheriffs enough to know if there were felony charges out against me, they'd be at my door and would serve me or arrest me - not send a lawyer from another state.

Definitely a scam

Suggestion --report this number to your state attorney general's office.

It is illegal to claim to be an attorney if you are not!!

Kept getting threatening phone calls from for a lady name Wendy claiming she was forwarded by the local attorney in regards to a felony case I was unaware of. I've never been convicted or had any felony case yet they claim I have two felonies. Total fraud and they want money through a prepaid checking account. Thanks to some research it's not legit.

I just got a call from them today and I managed to contact the attorney general's office and county sherriff's department about Mr. Bob Green of Hampton Parks & Associates.  I was informed to get as much information as possible for location and the senior attorney's name and phone number.  Then they will follow up.

They did me the same way I'm glad to find out I was not the only one

This business call my mother in law to get in touch with me n I call them they said that I own a payday loan company I haven't used in 4 years saying that I was going to jail for a bill. So I call my aunt n my cousin in Texas who by the way work for a credit agency n he over talk his behide; told my cousin that I never asked for money but yes he did so if they call you please if you got a smart phone hit record and call your local police office
