    I received a voicemail from "Investigator Walt Turner" from this phone number indicating there was a warrant for my arrest in Illinois for a payday loan in April 2012, which I never took out. The caller ID indicated that they were calling from near Indianapolis even though they claimed to work for the State of Illinois Investigation Department, which doesn't exist. I called the number back by blocking my phone number and no one answered and it never went to a voicemail.
