Constantly calls and leaves message to call immediately or have my attorney call and if I don't the he wishes me luck. He has a heavy India accent. Getting really tired of them!!

I received a call from 317-449-3292 stating I need  return the call dont disregard this message return the call now. they call my work phone.

Quit calling my job and my cell phone. You have a strong india ancient and stated you were from Frank and Hall Law Firm and your name is Daniel. You better leave me the hell alone or I will hire  a lawyer.You people are trouble!!!

This is a scam - its "spoofing" this number, but the person is actually calling from overseas - it just shows up on your phone as this number.  There's no legal action and no law suit and no law firm.  It's garbage.  They are trying to scam you.  Hang up on them.  Or better yet, do what I do and blow a whistle in the phone.  they will stop calling.

Guy with a foreign accent stated that under my social security# I have debt that needed to be paid. When I asked what was the name of the law firm he hesitated, like he needed to think of a name. I ended the conversation. He called back I stated if you can not give me the name of the law Firm quit calling my number. when he said [***] you, I knew it was a scam. reputable businesses do not use profanity when attempting to collect a debt (said his name was james dodson of frank & hales law firm. I could not in law firm in indianapolis, in. by this name.

there are tons of videos about this very topic on Youtube.  some of them are rather shocking to listen to, however you have nothing to fear from these criminals.

Received several calls from a gentleman with a heavy Indian accent fro  317-564-9505 and 317-449-3292 asking me to verify my social but I wouldn't.  He stated that there was a law suit against me for loans, and check fraud, he would not answer any of my questions but kept telling me I would have to pay over $8,000 or go to jail.  I hung up, when I called back, they asked my name and I gave another name, they told me not to call back again and blocked my number....Wow!!
