I let this call go to voicemail. I didn't answer as a precaution. A male called to ask if I wanted to sell my home, as he and his wife are realtors who live in Indianapolis. They were "walking in my neighborhood", which is NOT in Indpls and would like to buy my house. Closing in 30 days. All cash. I would love to report them!

Same as above.  Walking in my neighborhood wants to make cash offer on house.....  I live in Ohio but have kids in Indy.   They should be reported

Unknown man left the voicemail that he and his wife wants to buy my home for cash. Do not answer.

Same deal as first poster. I don’t live in the city and no one strolls down farm roads. He didn’t give address of my house so I know it was a random call. I called back. I got a voicemail saying if I wasn’t interested in this to press one and they would take me off the list. Said he got my number from Google.

Woman with foreign accent called me asking if i would accept a cash offer onour home (which is for sale). I referred to our realtor and hung up.

Just received call asking to by my house which will be for sale. I gave limited information, She said she works for a local investor and in a couple of days they will make me an offer. She knew square footage, etc, but asked me how many bedrooms and baths, which drew the red flag for me.

Received call with a voice of man saying he was "walking in the neighborhood" and wanted to buy my house for cash. Suspect this is a scam.

Like the bulk of the posters, I'm going to report the call to FTC&FCC as a violation of the national DoNotCallList -realtors are not a protected group.

Like so many of the others here, guy and his wife 'walking the neighborhood' and saw our home and wanted to buy it.  Never left name or specifics - just somehow figured out our phone # from googling address.  Yea right!  Don't bother to answer - so much for no call list.

Gentleman walking through the neighborhood and found my number linked to a property.  Same story as above - my wife and I are investors.  Never says name, or relator company

I don't own property and have never even been to Indianapolis and this guys calls me about property I own.  Never gives his name or his company.  Fraud....

I let the call ring to voicemail and it states the following: "Yeah hi, this is Zach, sorry if I have the wrong number but I did some research and it said that this number was associated with an address I am interested in purchasing.  I just bought another house in your area and wanted to see if you'd be interested in selling also.  Again, I'm sorry if I have the wrong number, but if you're interested in selling please give me a call me back at this number.  We'll talk soon, thanks."

This is the second time I've received this exact voicemail.  Not certain if it came from the same number last time.  We previously owned a home in Whitestown, IN but it sold almost 2 years ago.

Message left on my voicemail 11/27/18 @ 9:38 AM:  Caller identified as "Zack" who said he recently purchased a house in my area and wanted to see if I would be interested in selling.  He said he was sorry if he had the wrong information but to call back at this number; he did not repeat the number.  Number on my caller ID is "Indiana Call" 449-7613.

Zach call, same as above , zach want to buy my house as he walk through my neighborhood. Call about a house in indianapolis, in. I live and work in florida. Zach call me on my florida cell phone.  My home is in florida,  not in indiana.This scam operation any questions call 317 595 4000 indpls field office.

This is my second message with the exact same script. "Walking in my neighborhood, did some research online, I hope I have the right contact number, and to give me a call back if you want to sell your house".I also would love to report them somehow. He was not calling from specific realty company.   He identified himself as  Todd and his wife, who are realtors in the Indianapolis area.

Me too!! And now I can’t delete the voicemail from my phone!! I’ve tried everything!
