offered me 70% value of my house in cash. have told them not to call back, yet they continue to call

Left a message he wanted to buy my house for cash.

“Zack” left voicemail saying he and his wife were walking around my neighborhood and wrote down my address and looked up my info and want to know if I’m interested in selling my house for cash. Didn’t seem legit, if real it’s a poor marketing strategy. They also said “we want to buy your house in Indianapolis”, I don’t live in Indianapolis. I do not believe they walked around any neighborhood.

Zach left message stating he and his wife walking through my neighborhood looking at houses and wanted to buy my house all cash.  No closing fees, etc.  Did not call back after seeing all of these posts.  Total scammer, blocked!

Complete scam.  "Zack" leaves an "aw shucks" sort of voicemail to sound local, sincere, etc. He didn't see any address, that's just part of their shtick.  I called back (I was bored) to challenge him and was redirected to a contact center that collects data for those interested in selling their homes that aren't yet on the market.  Avoid this guy - its a con.

Same as above. Said he and his wife walked around my house in the Indianapolis are, and wanted to buy it.

Got a voicemail saying that he and his wife are real estate investors and were walking around my neighborhood and saw my house and wanted to buy it for cash. First off "strangers" don't go for walks through my crappy neighborhood without getting robbed, bit by a stray dog, or beat up by feral children. Second, no one would want to buy my crappy house in that crappy neighborhood. This is a scam.

Feral Children?  Good one, I'll remember that they next time I see a bunch running around the neighborhood causing problems.

Have received multiple voicemails from man named Zach saying he and his wife saw my house for sale, and want to buy. I don't even have a house. I live in an apartment.

A woman was on the other line. Asked for my husband. Then asked if I was familiar with the property at <insert address.> When I said yes, she asked if I had plans to sell it. I said no, she then asked if I had any other property I'm planning to sell. I asked her not to call again and hung up. Never said where she was from.

Zack, sounding like he was sitting in an empty basement, wants to buy my house.
But he apologizes if he's got the wrong number.

its voice recording says he & his wife were in my area interested in buying my house NOT...How did they obtain peoples cell phone numbers THIS HAS TO BE STOPPED..THESE ROBO & VOICE RECORDING ARE ANNOYING...BLOCKED
